Shipments and returns

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.).

For Goods incorrectly ordered they must be returned in:

  1. The original packaging, unopened and unused and in a saleable condition otherwise a refund will not be given, please check goods before opening against your order form and be aware that some compatible brands will fit several machines so if unsure please contact InkSuperstore for confirmation.
  2. Please ensure incorrectly ordered goods are package in another box so the original packaging is not damaged by courier/postage stickers and handling etc.
  3. Incorrectly ordered goods will incur a 15% restocking fee.
  4. It is the customer's responsibility to pay all freight charges incurred and at no time will InkSuperstore be responsible for goods that have been shipped freight on or receiver to pay. Unless stated as a result of our (InkSuperstore) error.
  5. Please contact/email InkSuperstore for a Returns Authorization Number.
  6. Return Authorizations are valid only for 14 days.

 

For returns on faulty products conditions apply:

  1. As a reseller of OEM and Compatible products InkSuperstore can only credit or replace faulty returned products upon confirmation by the manufacturer.
  2. A print sample must accompany faulty product.
  3. A count copy for all laser consumables of which most laser and fax machines show a status report on that particular cartridge.
  4. Ink cartridges/toners must be above minimum weight and any cartridgestoners that have found to be refilled or tampered with in any way will be automatically rejected and the claim dismissed.
  5. Any goods returned to InkSuperstore must be sent on a freight paid basis as goods shipped freight on or receiver to pay will be rejected leaving the courier responsible and the claim rejected.
  6. There are many occasions where both inkjets and tonners are found not to be faulty and can be as simple as a blocked nozzle, please contact InkSuperstore for advice first before sending faulty product.
  7. Please contact/email InkSuperstore for a RA Number.
  8. Return Authorizations are valid for 14 days only.
  9. InkSuperstore is understanding when it comes to faulty products and will consider all request.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

 

Return Items if Printer no longer works:

If you are left with products you have purchased through InkSuperstore because the printer is no longer functional. 

Returns on unopened/ unused products still in its original packaging and is not damaged, maybe returned within 30 days of purchase and will incur a 20% restocking fee. 

Return shipping on all products must be returned first before a credit is issued, postage or freight is the buyers responsibility. 

 

Shipping Policy

  1. A flat rate of $7.90 will be charged per order for shipping and handling costs,for all orders. Free shipping applies on specials, unless a special or coupon stipulates otherwise.

  2. All orders are dispatched ASAP, the time for expected arrival takes into account whether items are in stock, the delivery time to your destination and weekends, in general you can expect delivery normally within 1-2 working days for Metro and 2-5 days for Rural.

  3. Due to cost associated with redelivery fees the best addresses are where someone is available for collection between 7am-6pm weekdays or a business address where the hours are within normal business hours, or any redelivery fee associated, may be charged at the customers expense.

  4. Couriers and other transport companies are unable to personally call before delivery is attempted so it is strongly recommended that you have someone made available for collection or you nominate another postal address or P.O.Box as your point of delivery and such changes can be made in your ACCOUNTS box.

  5. If a customer has been issued with tracking number, it is therefore the customers responsibility to track the order as to the progress of its delivery, and ensure someone is made readily available for collection, we also ask that the customer makes contact with the delivery company first as to any inquiries regarding the progress of delivery before contacting InkSuperstore.

  6. Should delivery be made without a signature and the courier companies have attached to their sent goods an "AUTHORITY TO LEAVE ON PREMISES WITHOUT P.O.D. SIGNATURE" form or other such labeling indicating that goods may be left without signature or physical hand over to the customers. Thus being due to attempted delivery and cost associated with redelivery, customers agree to abide by this action and are then fully responsible for the condition and title of such good left at the address stipulated.

  7. All care is taken by InkSuperstore to ensure accurate delivery of all orders taken , InkSuperstore does not accept liability for any losses occurring at point of delivery.

  8. Should any orders received where stock is unavailable, we will contact you immediately by either phone or email and give you an estimated delivery date as well as the option to wait or receive a full refund. We at InkSuperstore strive to fulfill all orders taken and apologies of any inconvenience in advance this may cause to the customer.
